Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the goods back for refund or exchange, subject to the following provisions.
You must contact us within
seven days of receiving the goods, and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number
(RAN). Please do not attempt to return goods to us without first contacting
us and obtaining your RAN.
Your RAN must be clearly
quoted on the outside of the package being returned, and on any
correspondence enclosed with the returned goods.
Unless the goods are damaged,
faulty, or not as described, you must bear the cost of returning the goods
to us.
In the case of continence care products, returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned in
their unopened original packaging.
All other goods must be returned in unused
condition, and in original undamaged packaging. Goods of a personal nature that have been used or worn, and other hygiene-sensitive items will not be accepted.
We may make a handling charge if goods are not returned in accordance with these provisions.
Items made to order (such as lift & rise chairs) are excluded.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
