All performance claims, technical data, and product specifications on our website are provided by the products' manufacturers.
We will not be liable for any error or omission in these, or any resulting loss or damage.
When you place an order for a product or service offered for sale on our website, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
All orders are acknowledged by e-mail automatically by our website, whether payment is completed or not, so that you have a record of your order number, details of the goods ordered etc. These acknowledgements do not constitute acceptance by us of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If we do, then we will return any money you have paid us for that order.
At our discretion, we may offer to supply alternative goods to those you order. If we do, we will always try to ensure that the alternative goods are of equal or greater value compared to the goods you ordered. Where this is not possible, if you choose to accept the alternative goods, we will refund the difference in the prices of the goods.
You may cancel your order within seven days of placing it, by telephone, e-mail, or fax. If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched to you, then we will only refund your money once we have received the goods back from you, in accordance with our returns policy.
The prices of products offered for sale on our website do not include VAT. This is because many of the products can be supplied to qualifying customers at zero-rate VAT.
Where the customer or product(s) ordered does not qualify for zero-rating, VAT at 20% is added at the checkout stage. Our VAT Information page gives more details.
Prices are subject to change, and we may alter them from time to time without notice. Price changes will not apply to products already in your shopping basket.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate. If we find an error in the price of a product you have paid for, then we will tell you as soon as possible. If we have overcharged you, then we will refund the amount you overpaid. If we have undercharged you, then you will have the option of paying the difference in the prices, or cancelling the order in full or part.
Any delivery charges will be clearly shown on your order before you make your payment.
Payment by credit or debit card is required to complete online orders, and payment must be made before the goods can be dispatched to you.
We accept other payment methods for offline orders.
Typical delivery times are stated on our website, but we will not be liable for losses caused by deliveries that take longer. Wherever possible, we will tell you if your delivery is expected take longer than the stated time.
If your goods are not delivered within the time stated on our website, then you should contact us, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the position.
All content and intellectual property on our website is copyrighted and may not be used, reproduced, or altered without written consent.
We make no claim, warranty, or representation in respect of any trade marks or branding of products featured on our website.
We may terminate this agreement, and cancel or suspend your access to our website if you breach these terms and conditions, or on any other reasonable grounds. If we do, we will tell you in writing, but this will not affect any other rights we may have.
If anything in these terms and conditions is disputed, contested, or held to be unenforceable, the disputed part will be construed to reflect the reasonable intentions of buyer and seller. The remaining parts will remain unaffected.
Use of our website, and these terms and conditions, are to be construed under English law.
