Delivery

For your peace of mind, we employ only reputable national carriage operators, and we offer FREE delivery on all orders of £50.00 (ex VAT) or more to most mainland Great Britain addresses. For orders of less than £50.00, our standard charge is £5.95.

Deliveries to remote and non-mainland GB addresses, and all Northern Ireland addresses incur a delivery charge of £10.00, irrespective of order value.

All deliveries to Channel Islands addresses incur a delivery charge of £20.00.

Most goods are normally dispatched within one working day, and whilst we generally use next-day services, you should allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery, from the date you place your order.

Delivery of large or bulky items, and goods ordered with home assembly/demonstration services may sometimes take slightly longer, and will be pre-arranged by telephone / e-mail.

All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging.
