Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering, using either our own delivery vehicles or courier service.

Your order may need to be signed for and we request that someone is available to take delivery of your item. If this is not possible, then you may leave special delivery instructions during the checkout process. Our drivers and couriers will attempt to follow any such instructions, but this will not always be possible, and will always be at your own risk.

If delivery is attempted but not possible, a contact card will be left for you, so that you can reschedule your delivery.

If you have ordered a large or heavy product, please ensure that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery.

Standard Delivery

We offer FREE delivery to most UK mainland addresses for all orders of £50.00 or more, including VAT.

Orders under £50.00 to these addresses incur a delivery charge of £5.95. This covers order processing, packaging, handling, insurance and delivery costs.

Deliveries to remote and non-mainland addresses are charged at £12.50 irrespective of order value. This is applicable to the following postcodes: AB, IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, and PO30-41

Deliveries to Jersey and Guernsey are charged at £20.00 irrespective of order value. We regret that we are unable to deliver to other Channel Islands addresses.

We aim to dispatch most goods within one working day, and our standard delivery timeframe is next working day. However, delays can sometimes occur, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, from the date you place your order.

If for any reason we are experiencing difficulties with your delivery, a member of our team will attempt to contact you.

Shoppers are welcome to contact us to discuss options for ordering and delivery outside the areas covered above.

Environmental Responsibility

In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we re-use packaging materials wherever possible. Sometimes this may mean that your order arrives in outer packaging that does not correspond with the contents, so we advise you to check inside the box before contacting us if you believe you have been sent the wrong item.

We also have direct-delivery facilities with many of our product manufacturers and importers, which substantially reduces the number of delivery miles travelled by our products. If you have ordered more than one item, your delivery may therefore be split, so that not all items are delivered at the same time. This will be stated on your invoice, and no extra charges apply.
